1. Research Use Only

Unless expressly identified otherwise in writing by Perplexa Labs, products offered through our research catalog are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, and non-clinical research purposes only. Perplexa Labs research products are:

• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Not intended for use as food or food additives
• Not intended for use as dietary supplements
• Not intended for use as cosmetics
• Not sold as prescription or over-the-counter drugs
• Not intended for compounding or preparation of products for human or veterinary administration
• Not intended for incorporation into any finished consumer product intended for human or animal use

Products should only be purchased, handled, stored, and used by appropriately trained and qualified laboratory or research personnel with suitable facilities, equipment, and safety procedures.

2. Strictly Prohibited Uses

Perplexa Labs research products may not be used, prepared, purchased, transferred, recommended, or distributed for human injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, topical administration, or any other form of human bodily administration; animal or veterinary administration; self-experimentation; patient treatment; clinical care; human or veterinary diagnosis, therapy, or disease treatment or prevention; compounding for human or veterinary administration; preparation of an injectable or other finished drug product; recreational use; household therapeutic use; any unlawful purpose; or any use inconsistent with this Policy, applicable product labeling, or our Terms of Service.

You may not represent Perplexa Labs products as approved, intended, recommended, or suitable for any human or veterinary use.

3. No Dosing, Administration, or Medical Guidance

Perplexa Labs does not provide instructions or recommendations concerning human or animal dosing or administration, injection, personal treatment protocols, therapeutic regimens, clinical use, human reconstitution protocols, or medical or veterinary decision-making. Customer-support channels may decline requests for such information and may instead reiterate the applicable research-use restrictions.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as authorization, encouragement, or instruction to administer a Perplexa Labs research product to a human or animal.

4. No Medical or Veterinary Advice

Perplexa Labs does not provide medical or veterinary services. Nothing contained on this website, in product documentation, Certificates of Analysis, research summaries, articles, emails, customer-support communications, or other materials constitutes medical advice, veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment advice, prescribing information, clinical guidance, or a recommendation for human or veterinary administration.

Perplexa Labs products and website content should not be relied upon for decisions concerning personal health, patient care, animal health, medication, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Scientific & Research Information

Nothing on the Perplexa Labs website should be interpreted as representing otherwise.

7. Researcher & Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing research products from Perplexa Labs, you represent and acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age; you are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes; you possess or operate within an environment possessing the knowledge, training, facilities, and equipment appropriate for the products ordered; you understand that the products are research materials; you will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; you will follow applicable laboratory safety procedures; you will properly store, secure, handle, and dispose of products; you will prevent access by unauthorized individuals; you will not administer any research product to a human or animal; you will not use a research product for any prohibited purpose; and you will not market, relabel, resell, or represent a research product as intended for human or veterinary administration.

Availability of a product on our website does not constitute a representation that a particular purchaser or use is lawful.

8. Researcher Verification

Perplexa Labs reserves the right to request information reasonably necessary to verify age, identity, research credentials, laboratory or institutional affiliation, business or organizational information, intended research purpose, eligibility to purchase, and compliance with this Policy. We may decline, delay, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe the purchase may involve prohibited use, unlawful activity, fraud, diversion, or noncompliance with our Terms or policies. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation of an unshipped order.

9. Product Handling & Laboratory Safety

Research materials may require specialized laboratory facilities, storage conditions, personal protective equipment, handling procedures, containment procedures, analytical techniques, and disposal procedures. Purchasers are responsible for establishing appropriate laboratory procedures based on the nature of the material and the research being conducted. Research products should be secured against unauthorized access and handled only by appropriately qualified personnel.

10. Product Quality & Certificates of Analysis

Perplexa Labs may provide lot-specific testing information or Certificates of Analysis ("COAs"). A COA reflects the results reported for the specific lot, batch, sample, and analytical method identified in the applicable documentation. Where a product listing or COA states a particular purity level, including 99% or greater purity, that representation applies only as supported by the applicable lot-specific testing and analytical method.

A COA does not constitute FDA approval, approval for human or veterinary use, medical certification, clinical safety or efficacy data, a warranty of suitability for a particular experiment, or authorization for administration to humans or animals. Customers should verify that the lot number appearing on the product corresponds to the applicable documentation. Questions concerning product documentation or a lot discrepancy should be directed to support@perplexalabs.com.

11. No Guarantee of Research Results

Experimental outcomes may vary due to numerous factors outside Perplexa Labs' control, including experimental design, storage conditions, laboratory handling, equipment, analytical methodology, environmental conditions, research protocols, and other materials used in the experiment. Perplexa Labs does not guarantee any specific experimental result, research outcome, reproducibility, or suitability for a particular research design. A research outcome that differs from expectations does not establish that a product is defective.

12. Product Storage & Chain of Custody

Customers are responsible for following the storage and handling instructions contained in applicable product labeling, lot documentation, or Certificates of Analysis. Once a product leaves Perplexa Labs' controlled chain of custody, we cannot independently verify storage, temperature exposure, handling, contamination, tampering, alteration, transfer, or other post-delivery conditions. Improper storage or handling may affect research-material integrity.

13. Prohibited Resale, Relabeling & Diversion

Unless expressly authorized by Perplexa Labs, you may not resell, relabel, distribute, export, transfer, or otherwise divert Perplexa Labs research products in a manner that violates applicable law, misrepresents product origin, removes or alters required labeling, misrepresents the product's intended research use, promotes human or veterinary administration, makes unauthorized therapeutic or medical claims, or facilitates any use prohibited by this Policy. You may not represent any Perplexa Labs research product as a finished drug, medicine, supplement, cosmetic, or other consumer product.

14. Reviews, Testimonials & Customer Content

Reviews, testimonials, comments, affiliate content, or other customer-submitted materials may not include or promote human or veterinary dosing or administration, injection protocols, personal therapeutic use, treatment protocols, disease claims, weight-loss claims based on personal administration, medical outcomes, or instructions facilitating prohibited use. Perplexa Labs may decline, moderate, or remove content that conflicts with the research-only nature of our products or applicable law.

15. Unauthorized Use

Any human or veterinary administration or other prohibited use of a Perplexa Labs research product is expressly contrary to the product's intended research use, prohibited by this Policy and our Terms of Service, and outside any purpose for which Perplexa Labs supplies the product. Perplexa Labs does not authorize, direct, encourage, recommend, or endorse such conduct.

16. Assumption of Research Responsibility

Laboratory research materials may involve risks associated with storage, handling, contamination, degradation, accidental exposure, equipment, experimental procedures, or improper laboratory practices. Purchasers are responsible for maintaining appropriate facilities and procedures for lawful research. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a purchaser who intentionally handles or uses a product in a prohibited or unauthorized manner is responsible for losses resulting from that unauthorized conduct. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

17. Limitation of Liability

Liability arising from access to the website, purchase of products, or use of Perplexa Labs services is governed by our Terms of Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perplexa Labs is not responsible for losses resulting from prohibited use, unauthorized human or veterinary administration, improper storage or handling, unauthorized alteration, misuse, unauthorized resale or distribution, or failure to follow applicable research documentation. Nothing in this Policy limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

18. Indemnification

Applicable indemnification obligations are governed by our Terms of Service. Those provisions may apply to third-party claims arising from conduct including prohibited product use, unauthorized human or animal administration, unauthorized resale or distribution, unauthorized health or therapeutic claims, unauthorized dosing or administration recommendations, advertising or promotional representations made without Perplexa Labs' authorization, and violations of applicable law. Nothing in this Policy requires indemnification where applicable law prohibits it.

19. Relationship to Other Policies

This Research Use Only Policy & Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy. If a more specific provision in another policy governs a particular issue, that provision will apply to that issue to the extent permitted by law.

20. Changes to This Policy

Perplexa Labs may update this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in products, research practices, business operations, regulatory requirements, or applicable law. The Last Updated date above identifies the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
